BYOB is permitted on private charters — bring cans or plastic bottles (no glass on deck, maritime safety rule). You can also book our licensed bar. Drink responsibly: the captain has the right to end the trip early if guests become disorderly, with no refund. Stay within the boat — no leaning over railings.
On the yacht, swimwear and shorts are completely fine — you're on a private vessel. When you step ashore at Dubai Marina after your charter, cover up with a shirt and shorts (no swimwear in restaurants or malls). The yacht is your private space — dress how you like on board.
Photographing Dubai's skyline, Burj Al Arab, and Palm Jumeirah from the water is completely unrestricted — and the results are spectacular. Drone usage on the yacht must be coordinated in advance (our drone operator is licensed). No restrictions on photo/video for personal or social media use.
