Our sole contact channel is the WhatsApp button on this page. We answer all enquiries in the chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, daily. You speak directly with our charter coordinators who manage our 88 yachts and boats. We do not use email or phone queues. This live messaging setup allows us to send boat photos, confirm slip availability, share precise pier locations in Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, and finalise your charter details in one continuous dialogue without lost messages or telephone transfers.

Once you pay the 30% deposit to secure your charter date, we send exact boarding instructions in WhatsApp. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. You may bring your own food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, with no corkage fee applied. If severe weather prevents your cruise, we agree a new date in the chat or issue a full refund based on your preference. Arrive promptly at your assigned berth in Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour so your scheduled sailing time starts without delay.

To receive an exact price quote, message us on WhatsApp with your planned date, start time, total charter duration (minimum 2 hours), and guest count up to 90 people. Mention whether you prefer departing from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, plus your yacht length preference between 33 and 164 feet. Rates range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, including VAT, fuel, crew, soft drinks, and towels. Please also let us know if you want optional add-ons like jet skis, fishing equipment, or live catering.
