How to secure your reservation

To confirm a charter date with Caspian & Coral, a 30 % deposit is mandatory. We do not hold dates or reserve slots without this initial payment. Minimum booking duration is 2 hours across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats, carrying up to 90 guests. Departures run from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure. Our team responds to all booking inquiries in the WhatsApp chat within 15 minutes, operating daily from 9:00 to 23:00 GST. All quoted hourly rates include VAT, fuel, licensed captain, crew, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets.

Weather policies and rescheduling

If conditions do not allow sailing on your chosen day, Caspian & Coral lets you decide the outcome. You can either select a new charter date in our chat or receive a full refund of your payment. We agree on all revised arrangements directly in the chat. Weather decisions rely entirely on whether safe navigation is possible from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Aside from weather disruptions that prevent sailing, standard charter dates are fixed once confirmed by your 30 % deposit.

Food, beverages, and onboard amenities

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, onto any of our yachts and boats without paying any corkage fee. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar services can be requested in advance. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Optional add-ons such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, seabobs, banana rides, snorkelling, fishing tackle, decorations, DJs, live music, photographers, drones, sound systems, projectors, and car transfers are available upon request when booking through our chat.
